Warranty Coverage

Replacement Warranty: Our standard replacement warranty covers any defects or issues with the plastic components of our products. We will provide a replacement unit for any warranted item within the continental USA at no additional cost.

International Claims: For international warranty claims, we kindly ask that customers cover the shipping fee due to the costs associated with international shipping.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at warranty@stsautodesigntools.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Please include where you ordered from, your order number and a full mailing address to send new units to.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or photographs to assess the problem.
  3. Approval: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective unit (if necessary) and send you a replacement.
  4. Return Shipping: In some cases, you may be required to return the defective unit before a replacement is issued. For domestic claims, return shipping costs will be covered by STS Auto Design Tools. International customers will be responsible for shipping fees.

International Warranty Claims

International customers are also covered under the same warranty terms; however, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of international shipping for any replacement.

Limited Lifetime Warranty (U.S. Orders)

We will repair or replace any defective plastic component of your STS Auto Design Tools product at no cost, for as long as the product is in serviceable condition and used as intended. This warranty applies to original purchasers within the continental USA.
