Shipping policy

Shipping in the USA: We provide free shipping with orders placed to be delivered in the United States. We ship to the addresses customers input when they make their purchase. Any shipments after the initial shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Confirmation: All products shipped by STS Auto Design Tools are considered delivered when the shipping carrier, such as USPS, marks them as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, especially in apartment complexes.

Shipping Issues: We send to the addresses that customers input when they place their order. We send to these addresses. Any issues regarding shipments not being received by buyers due to incorrect shipping addresses can be resent at the buyers expense. We will not reship until the expenses are paid.

Insurance Claims: All shipments include insurance to protect against loss or damage. If a package is reported missing or stolen after delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a police report and handle the insurance claim on their own behalf to recover the potential loss. Filing a police report is a necessary step to validate the claim and process the insurance correctly.

Responsibility: While we ensure that all products are shipped with insurance and delivery tracking, the final responsibility for resolving any issues with stolen or missing packages lies with the buyer, following the procedures set out by the shipping carrier’s insurance policy.
