Welcome to STS Auto Design Tools! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our Tool Attachment Subscription Service. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Service

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our services.

  • Subscription Fees: The subscription fee is $29 per month, which provides you with up to $50 worth of tool attachments each month.

  • Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

3. Use of Website and Products

  • License to Use Website: We grant you a limited license to use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Prohibited Activities: You are not allowed to use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe on the rights of others.

  • Product Use: All orders will come with supplied screws to ensure units fit properly and securely unless otherwise noted in the item’s description. The maximum liability for items sold is the cost of the magnetic attachment itself. No liability is accepted for damage to equipment or other property as a result of using or misusing the magnetic battery attachments or any part of installing the magnetic covers.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright: The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Hassle-Free Returns: Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase in new condition at the buyer’s cost. A refund will be provided, less a 20% restocking fee. We do not pay for shipping on returns. Please include the order number and item or items being returned to make sure that we are able to refund appropriately.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: The magnets used in our products are extremely strong and can cause injury if handled incorrectly. Ensure magnetic covers are properly fitted and verify they are attached correctly. Do not fit or use the magnetic covers with excessive force. The covers are plastic parts that will degrade over time and may not withstand hard impact or excessively heavy use.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or issues will be handled directly by STS Auto Design.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state/country in which our company is based.

10. Shipping Policies

Shipping in the USA: We provide free shipping with orders placed to be delivered in the United States. We ship to the addresses customers input when they make their purchase. Any shipments after the initial shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Confirmation: All products shipped by STS Auto Design Tools are considered delivered when the shipping carrier, such as USPS, marks them as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, especially in apartment complexes.

Shipping Issues: We send to the addresses that customers input when they place their order. We send to these addresses. Any issues regarding shipments not being received by buyers due to incorrect shipping addresses can be resent at the buyers expense. We will not reship until the expenses are paid.

Insurance Claims: All shipments include insurance to protect against loss or damage. If a package is reported missing or stolen after delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a police report and handle the insurance claim on their own behalf to recover the potential loss. Filing a police report is a necessary step to validate the claim and process the insurance correctly.

Responsibility: While we ensure that all products are shipped with insurance and delivery tracking, the final responsibility for resolving any issues with stolen or missing packages lies with the buyer, following the procedures set out by the shipping carrier’s insurance policy.
